You can do this with a group of friends and simply split the cost. A family visit to a trampoline park can easily set a family of four back \u00a350. Or you could hire a full size bouncy castle, or trampoline for \u00a3100 and entertain ten families for the whole day. Add a barbecue and you\u2019ve got yourself a great party.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/trampolinefirst.com\/history-of-trampolines\/\">Jumping on a trampoline<\/a> is great exercise too. Thirty minutes of bouncing is no only fun but can help you\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.livestrong.com\/article\/294387-how-many-calories-burned-for-10-minutes-trampolining\/\">burn off 126 calories<\/a>. That\u2019s an extra hot dog!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Do a treasure trail<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you\u2019re looking for an original and active day out for the whole family, then how about signing up for a city treasure trail? For instance, there is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.treasuretrails.co.uk\/things-to-do\/staffordshire\/stoke-on-trent\">a great potteries trail<\/a>\u00a0in nearby Stoke-on-Trent, that you can purchase online. It\u2019s a really fun way of exploring a new city, by solving clues about the buildings and famous landmarks in the city. You can check out\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/education\/2017\/nov\/14\/clay-potteries-uk-city-of-culture-stoke-students\">the historic pottery firms<\/a>\u00a0that Stoke is known for, the beautiful Minster and even walk along the Trent and Mersey canal.
